About the Opportunity

A well-established, high-volume clinic in Kitchener, Ontario is seeking a dedicated Family Physician / General Practitioner to join its growing team. This FFS-based practice offers a collaborative, collegial setting with modern facilities, excellent patient flow and full administrative support – ideal for physicians seeking flexibility and qualified independence.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care in a busy, community-focused environment
Manage a broad range of acute, chronic, and preventive cases
Collaborate with nurses, admin staff and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate documentation using a modern EMR system
Contribute to continuity of care and patient satisfaction through consistent follow-up and high-quality service

Candidate Requirements
Medical degree and valid CPSO license (or eligibility via an approved international pathway)




Certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or equivalent (MRCGP, MICGP, RACGP, etc.)
Friendly, team-oriented approach to patient care
Strong communication, clinical and decision-making skills
Interest in chronic disease management, preventive medicine, or women’s health is an asset
