We are looking for a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to represent our client in the hospitality services sector. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role perfect for someone who loves the Kitchener, Guelph and Cambridge area and enjoys building relationships with local business owners.

What You Will Be Doing
- Territory Management: Visit local restaurants and cafes in the Kitchener, Guelph and Cambridge core.
- Business Development: Introduce innovative company services to restaurant owners and managers.
- Onboarding: Navigate the full sales cycle from initial "hello" to onboarding new clients.
- Targets: Achieve weekly sales goals with a supportive team behind you.
What You Bring
- Experience: Previous Sales, Retail, or Customer Service experience (Restaurant/Server experience is a huge asset!).
- Commute: Must have your own reliable vehicle to navigate the Kitchener, Guelph, Cambridge and Waterloo territory effectively.
- Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to build instant rapport.
- Drive:
A "Hunter" mentality, you aren't afraid of "no" and you love hitting targets.
Requirements
- Reliable Transportation: Must have access to a personal vehicle and a valid G-Class Driver’s License for travel within the territory.
- Availability: Must be available to work the full shift (Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and the skills required to walk into a busy restaurant and engage a business owner.
- Legal Status: Must be legally entitled to work in Canada for any employer.
- Sales Background: 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, or a high-volume Customer Service setting.
- Hunter Instinct: Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and a self-motivated approach to workday management.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps or CRM tools to log sales activity and onboard clients.
Preferred
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working in the Hospitality or Restaurant industry (Server, Bartender, or Manager) is a massive asset—you speak their language!
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Kitchener, Guelph, Cambridge and Waterloo core and its restaurant landscape.
