About the Opportunity

A well-established, high-volume clinic in Kitchener, Ontario is seeking a dedicated Family Physician / General Practitioner to join its growing team. This FFS-based practice offers a collaborative, collegial setting with modern facilities, excellent patient flow and full administrative support – ideal for physicians seeking flexibility and skilled independence.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive primary care in a busy, community-focused environment
- Manage a broad range of acute, chronic, and preventive cases
- Collaborate with nurses, admin staff and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation using a modern EMR system
- Contribute to continuity of care and patient satisfaction through consistent follow-up and high-quality service

Candidate Requirements

- Medical degree and valid CPSO license (or eligibility via an approved international pathway)




- Certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or equivalent (MRCGP, MICGP, RACGP, etc.)
- Friendly, team-oriented approach to patient care
- Strong communication, clinical and decision-making skills
- Interest in chronic disease management, preventive medicine, or women’s health is an asset
