Living is seeking a Part Time Registered Practical Nurse to join its dedicated team in East Gwillimbury. This position requires working from 7 am to 3 pm for 30 hours bi-weekly, providing high-quality, patient-oriented care. You will play a crucial role in implementing individualized care plans while collaborating with residents and families to ensure their well-being. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide goal-directed, nursing care as per provincial standards
- Conduct and update resident clinical assessments and care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families,



and team members
- Teach and mentor unregulated care providers in resident support
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make updates Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
- Solid clinical knowledge and experience with seniors preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
- Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one Deliver compassionate nursing support while making a meaningful difference in residents' lives at Cogir in East Gwillimbury.
