Facilities & Property Manager (Full-Time, Year-Round)

Craigleith Ski Club – The Blue Mountains, ON

Craigleith Ski Club is seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities & Property Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall condition of our buildings, base area, and property.

This role is ideal for someone who can identify what needs to be done, jump in to handle it, and coordinate larger projects when required. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the Club’s facilities and grounds are safe, functional, and well maintained year-round.

What You’ll Do

- Oversee technical maintenance and upkeep of all buildings, infrastructure, and property
- Perform hands-on repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc
- Identify issues proactively and prioritize work effectively
- Coordinate contractors for specialized or large-scale work
- Manage preventative maintenance programs and track work completion
- Support seasonal readiness, including winter preparation and snow-related needs
- Support maintenance of parking lots, signage, and exterior areas
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire systems, and building requirements
- Work closely with leadership to support Club projects and improvements

What You Bring

- Strong hands-on experience in building maintenance or property management
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry




- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Experience coordinating contractors and managing projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A proactive, “see it, fix it” mindset
- Valid driver’s license

Nice to have:

- Experience operating equipment such as tractors or skid steers
- Experience in a hospitality, resort, or club setting
