Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in Short-Term Rental units within The Blue Mountains. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail as well as your own cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify additional areas needing attention or maintenance.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated time frames.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience with Short-Term Rentals/AirBnB's/VRBO's and fast turnovers is a must.
- Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks over prolonged periods of time (i.e. 4-6 hours)
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule as needed.
