YOUR MISSIONS
I am looking for an accounts payable technician for a construction company located in Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson
Here are the tasks to be performed:
- Manage the entire accounts payable cycle
- Enter and validate invoices from suppliers and subcontractors
- Verify that orders, receipts, and invoices match
- Analyze project cost variances
- Track payments and due dates
- Process payments (wire transfers, checks, etc.)
- Manage supplier relationships and disputes
- Collaborate with project managers on cost tracking
- Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes (ERP)
- Participate in the preparation of monthly financial data
- Ensure the compliance of records for audits
- Other related tasks
YOUR PROFILE
What we’re looking for:
- DEP or DEC in accounting
- At least 3–5 years of experience
- Experience in a multi-project setting (construction)
- Knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., Avantage, Acumatica, or similar)
What we offer:
- A salary between $55,000 and $68,000
- 1 to 2 days of remote work
