YOUR MISSIONS
I am looking for an accounts payable technician for a construction company located in Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson
Here are the tasks to be performed:
Manage the entire accounts payable cycle
Enter and validate invoices from suppliers and subcontractors
Verify that orders, receipts, and invoices match
Analyze project cost variances
Track payments and due dates
Process payments (wire transfers, checks, etc.)
Manage supplier relationships and disputes
Collaborate with project managers on cost tracking
Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes (ERP)
Participate in the preparation of monthly financial data
Ensure the compliance of records for audits
Other related tasks
YOUR PROFILE
What we’re looking for:
DEP or DEC in accounting
At least 3–5 years of experience
Experience in a multi-project workplace (construction)
Knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., Avantage, Acumatica, or similar)
What we offer:
A salary between $55,000 and $68,000
1 to 2 days of work from home
