As a vital part of Chatham-Kent EMS, you will oversee the development and execution of training programs for MIH paramedics. This leadership role requires a robust foundation in adult learning and curriculum design. You will ensure adherence to safety standards and drive a culture of exceptional patient care and skilled growth.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor clinical care provided by MIH paramedics
Develop and deliver curricula for clinical education
Coordinate mandatory and continuing medical education
Conduct performance evaluations to identify training needs
Lead conflict resolution and operational management

Requirements
n
Approved paramedic program and certification in Ontario
Minimum five years paramedic experience, three in leadership
Strong conflict resolution and coaching skills
Valid Class F driver's license
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
