The HumannResources Business Partner will support Renfrew County throughneffective HR services in various areas, including policyndevelopment and health and safety. This position requires solidninterpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projectsnwhile advising both management and lower-tier municipalities on HRnbest practices. Your contribution will have a direct impact on thenwork setting and employeensatisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supportncollective bargaining processes and understand collectivenagreements • Facilitate recruitment and selection for diverse staffnroles • Provide insights on employment and safety legislation •nAdvise on corporate policies and performance management • Conductnworkplace investigations and employee trainingninitiatives

Requirements: • University degreenin Human Resources or related field • Four years of HR experience,nunion experience preferred • Knowledge of relevant employmentnstandards and legislations • Solid communication and projectnmanagement skills • Valid driver’s license and reliablenvehicle
