- Use Canva extensively to design engaging social media content, posters, and registration forms for community activities (eg., bird walks, bike repair workshops, outdoor recreational activities)
- Revise and update informational pamphlets (eg. healthcare access guides) and design clear infographics (eg., how to open a WorkSafeBC claim).
- Help distribute brochures and community resources to local medical offices, hospitals, and community partners.
- Maintain and update a master database of resources available for newcomers and temporary workers.
- Assist with program research projects
- Manage survey data by creating Excel databases to input confidential participant feedback.
- Coordinate event logistics for various programs, including creating registration forms, sending invite emails, managing consent forms, and setting up event spaces (chairs, tables, snacks)
- Help organize and distribute community donations from our storage room.
