We are currently looking for 2nd/3rd year plumbing apprentices with ABS drainage experience
We provide on-the-job training as well as one-on-one mentoring, and we are always seeking input from our employees on continuous improvement. We encourage our employees to learn all aspects of the plumbing trade, and maintain that an engaged employee is a happy & long-term employee.
During our orientation process, we provide details of how our pay scale works as experience is gained, while retaining flexibility for a merit based compensation program.
We support ITA apprenticeship sponsorship and provide all of our employees with several fringe benefits, such as RRSP matching, health & dental advantages, etc
