Sales Manager — Glass & Glazing (Abbotsford, BC)Lead the deals. Own the pipeline. Build a team that wins.

We’re a growing glass and glazing company based in Abbotsford, serving the Fraser Valley with residential and commercial projects—from custom glass installs to storefronts, curtain wall systems, and full building packages.

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who doesn’t just “manage”—you drive revenue, close real jobs, and build a team that performs.

This role is for someone who understands construction, can talk to GCs and builders, and knows how to turn quotes into signed contracts.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Owning and growing the sales pipeline (residential + commercial glazing)
- Building relationships with general contractors, developers, and builders
- Quoting jobs, following up, and closing deals consistently
- Creating structure: CRM use, follow-ups, targets, accountability
- Working closely with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs

What You Need to Bring

- Proven sales experience (construction, glazing, windows/doors, or similar)
- Strong understanding of glass products, installs, or building systems(storefronts, curtain wall, railings, showers, etc.)
- Ability to read drawings or at least confidently discuss project scope




- Track record of closing deals—not just sending quotes
- Comfortable dealing with contractors, site supers, and business owners
- Self-driven: you don’t wait to be told what to do

What You’ll Be Selling

You’ll be selling real, in-demand services like:

- Custom residential glass (showers, railings, mirrors)
- Commercial storefronts and entrances
- Curtain wall and glazing systems
- Window and sealed unit replacements

Compensation

- Base salary + commission structure
