Role Description

nWe are seeking motivated Owner Operators with a van or minivan to join our growing team at Redcaps Logistics Inc. in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This is a full time, on-site role that involves the pickup, transportation, and timely delivery of packages for our clients.n

Daily responsibilities include maintaining a high standard of customer service, prioritizing safe and efficient deliveries, and keeping a professional appearance and demeanor with clients.

Operators are also responsible for ensuring proper vehicle maintenance to uphold our high standards for service reliability.

Qualifications

- Driving and Navigation: A valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record, excellent road safety habits, and familiarity with routes in the Greater Toronto Area.

- Time Management and Organization: Strong planning, scheduling, and ability to meet tight delivery deadlines efficiently and on time.
n
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly and professional communication, a customer-focused mindset, and problem-solving abilities to resolve delivery-related issues.
n
- Vehicle and Technical Skills: Ownership of a reliable van or minivan, and basic vehicle maintenance proficiency to ensure equipment is in excellent condition.
n
- Additional Qualifications: Prior delivery or logistical experience is an asset. Knowledge of local regulations and handling packages is preferred. Must be physically capable of lifting packages as needed.
