Mortgagebroker.ca is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to support our growing operations team.
This role is critical to delivering a best-in-class client experience. You will work closely with our brokers, underwriters, and clients to ensure mortgage files are processed efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review mortgage compliance packages to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Proactively follow up with clients to collect required documentation and keep files progressing smoothly
- Support underwriting teams with file submissions, updates, and conditions management
- Coordinate key milestones to ensure timely and seamless closings
- Assist with administrative and operational functions, including payroll support and ad-hoc team initiatives
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the process
Qualifications
- Prior mortgage industry experience is required
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and priorities
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Client-first mindset with a focus on delivering a premium experience
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with Newton or Velocity mortgage platforms is considered a strong asset
- Mortgage Agent license is considered a strong asset
Work Structure & Training
- Hybrid role with a combination of remote work and in-office presence in Etobicoke (2–3 days per week)
- Initial training will be fully paid and conducted in-person at our Etobicoke and Vaughan offices
- Ongoing collaboration with a high-performance team in a fast-paced setting
