Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator

Todotoronto is one of Toronto's largest things-to-do media channels. We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented coordinator to manage our social presence and own end-to-end creator partnerships and client campaigns — a role that sits at the intersection of content, community, and client success.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social presence across TikTok and Instagram
n
- Build and maintain a social media content calendar
n
- Research, pitch, and produce content ideas using Canva and CapCut
n
- Stay on top of platform trends to identify timely content opportunities
n
- Monitor and report on post-campaign analytics to clients and internal stakeholders
n
- Write, edit, and publish long-form blog content covering Toronto events and local businesses
n
- Apply SEO best practices to maximize site traffic and content discoverability
n
- Research, draft, and curate engaging newsletter content aligned with brand voice
n
n40% — Creator partnerships & campaignsnn
- Source and vet creators and influencers aligned with campaign briefs and client goals
n
- Lead outreach to creators — drafting pitches, negotiating terms, and confirming participation
n
- Build and manage creator schedules, ensuring all deliverable deadlines are met
n
- Track and manage campaign deliverables from brief to final publish
n
- Coordinate client approval workflows — routing content for review, consolidating feedback, and managing revisions
n
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients throughout active campaigns
n
- Maintain organized records of campaign timelines, deliverables, and communications
n
nWhat we're looking forn
n
- Enrolled in or graduated from a Canadian university (Bachelor's degree)
n
- Hands-on experience with TikTok and Instagram — you understand how these platforms actually work
n
- Prior experience with influencer or creator outreach is a strong asset
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing communication
n
- Highly organized — you can manage multiple campaigns and deadlines without dropping the ball
n
- Proficient with Google Suite, Canva, CapCut, and social media scheduling tools
n
- Comfortable with content management systems, SEO basics, and a foundational understanding of HTML
n
- Self-motivated, positive, and proactive — you spot problems before they become issues
n
- Must be based in Toronto / Greater Toronto Area
n

- $40,000–$50,000 CAD / year, full-time

- Almost fully remote — work from home with occasional GTA presence required
