NSB Omega is searching for a Financial Accountant for our MAJOR Oil & Gas Client in St. John's, NL.

Qualifications Required

n
Degree in Business or Commerce; accounting designation preferred or in progress.
Experience conducting financial analysis using Power BI, automation tools, and AI-enabled tools.
Develops data-driven commercial insights and scenario-based economic models.
Responsible for oil & gas accounting, JIB accuracy, accruals, and contract compliance.
Tracks capital expenditures.
Prepares budgets and forecasts for revenue, royalties, production costs, operating costs, and capital.
Develops and reports oil & gas financial information.
Supports budgeting and corporate reporting.
Ensures quarterly and annual financial statements are accurate and timely.
Performs other related duties as required.
