Position: Display & Operations Team (Lead & Associate)

Location: Manotick, ON Term: Seasonal, Full-Time (9-Month Contract) with potential to extend

We are hiring for two positions within our Display & Operations team:

- Display & Operations Lead (Full-Time preferred)
- Display & Operations Associate (Full-Time or Part-Time options available)

Both roles are 9-month contracts (May/June through Mid-December), with the possibility of extension beyond the season.

Schedule

Term: Seasonal, Full-Time (9 Month Contract)

Schedule: Start May or June through Mid-December

- May-August Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm
- September-December Shifts: Wed/Thurs - Sunday 9:30am-5:15pm (Bazaar Sale Season)

OR

Term: Seasonal, Part time

Schedule: Start May or June through August, September through Mid-December

- May-August Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm
- September-December Shifts: Wed/Thurs - Sunday 9:30am-5:15pm (Bazaar Sale Season)
- Minimum 3 shifts per week through end of October
- Minimum 1 shift per week through early December

The Workspace

- No public transit - Must have reliable transportation
- Not temperature controlled Hot when it’s hot, Cold when it’s cold.
- (We will provide fans, space heaters, etc. when possible)
- Small team environment - shared work, flexible/dynamic team
- Physical work - must be comfortable safely lifting up to 20kgs on a fairly regular basis.

One World Bazaar is seeking a Display & Operations Lead and a Display & Operations Associate to support the preparation and execution of our seasonal retail experience.

You will play a key role in:

- Receiving and preparing new products during spring and summer
- Building and maintaining engaging, well-organized store displays
- Supporting store operations during our peak fall Bazaar season
- Helping transition the space as we close for the season

Primary Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

- Lead or support the creation and maintenance of visually engaging displays
- Ensure product placement and store layout remain organized and customer-friendly
- Maintain accurate signage, pricing, and product information
- Assist with seasonal setup and teardown of the store

Inventory Management & Stock Organization

- Receive, tag, price, and restock products
- Maintain accurate inventory records across in-store and online systems
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning
- Track product performance and help ensure high-demand items are available
- Keep stock and storage areas organized and efficient
- Support process documentation and continuous improvement

Customer Service & Team Support

- Provide excellent customer service during the seasonal sale period
- Support and guide team members during busy periods




- Use ladders safely to retrieve and display products as needed
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
