- *Summary**

nWe are seeking a friendly and dynamic Golf Shop Sales Associate to join our team at Carleton Golf & Yacht Club, located just mintutes south of Manotick. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our retail operations to enhance member satisfaction.n
- *KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Provide Exceptional Customer service
- Accuracy of tasks, including but not limited to tee time bookings, tournament and event registrations and messages
- Create compelling and attractive Displays of our Merchandise
- Answer phone and email correspondence professionally and politely
- Oversee and assist Back Shop in providing High Service Levels
- *FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES**:




- MS Office suite competence, including Publisher
- Effective Retail Merchandising
- Friendly demeanour daily
- Telephone Etiquette
- Operate Golf Carts on Occasion
- Lifting requirements: 25kg above head
- Able to Multi-task
- Perform task assignments to completion
- Knowledge of brands and technologies (Soft and Hard Goods)
- *EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:
- Work requires the ability to understand and follow instructions normally acquired through a partial high school education
- Possess a valid G1 Ontario Driver’s License or higher
- Customer service experience
