Tamarack Industries, leader in mobile glycol heating systems is growing and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our assembly team. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and enjoy working in a agile environment.
A working knowledge of pumps & plumbing and oil-fired burners; forklift operators or welding experience are considered an asset.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure precise assembly.
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift [weight limit, e.g., 25 kg.] and stand for extended periods.
