Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Engineering to lead our multi-disciplinary team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will ensure that products perform reliably in the field, manufacturing is efficient, repeatable, and scalable, engineering data is accurate and trusted, and systems (ERP/GSS) enable operations rather than hinder them. You will work closely with operations, supply chain, and customer teams to align engineering efforts while building and leading a high-performing team.

Duties

Product Engineering

- Ensure all products perform reliably and are continuously improved
- Lead field performance tracking, ECOs/ECRs, and VA/VE initiatives
- Maintain accurate drawings, BOMs, and product documentation
- Translate customer feedback into engineering improvements

Manufacturing Engineering (Lean Focus)

- Develop standard work, routings, and scalable manufacturing processes
- Drive line balancing, productivity improvements, and process optimization
- Design manufacturing processes for assembly, welding, and testing
- Develop tooling, jigs, and fixtures to improve efficiency and quality
- Provide DFM/DFA feedback to product engineering





Electrical Engineering

- Design and maintain robust electrical systems for all products
- Troubleshoot field electrical issues and support product improvements
- Own control systems, harnesses, and panel designs

Systems Engineering (ERP / Data Backbone)

- Manage ERP (GSS) as the single source of truth for engineering data
- Ensure BOM, part master, and routing accuracy
- Lead manufacturing systems integration and equipment commissioning
- Maintain data integrity across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
- 8+ years in industrial equipment / manufacturing engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, ERP systems, BOMs, and routings
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
- Hands-on mindset with strong execution focus
- Data-driven, practical, and results-oriented
