nResponsibilities include preparing and serving beverages to servers and customers, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and ensuring all service meets food safety standards.n
- *Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with servers and patrons, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, prepping ingredients, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food and beverages.
- Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and tips in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders to customers in the bar area.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service practices are followed.




- Opening and closing procedures for the bar and patio
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
- *Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is required
- Familiarity with the Square software system would be helpful.
- Robust knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and beverage service standards.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices related to food handling is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
