Our Company Requires An Automotive Service Technician With Your Abilities As A Confident Mechanic And A Strong Work Ethic. You Must Be A Journeyman Red Seal Or Well On Your Way To Becoming A Journeyman. You Will Be Expected To Work With Minimal Supervision And Perform Very Well.

Essential Skills/Duties:

- Perform Preventative Maintenance, Diagnose Faulty Operations And Repair Automotive Vehicles, Including Cars, SUVs, Light And Medium-Duty Trucks.
- Adjust, Test And Repair Engines, Steering Systems, Braking Systems, Drive Trains, Vehicle Suspensions, Electrical Systems And Air-Conditioning Systems.
- Perform Scheduled Maintenance Services Such As Oil Changes,



Lubrications And Tune-Ups, And
- Maintain And Operate Repair Shop Equipment And Other Repair Tools.
- Participate In Training To Keep Product Knowledge Current.
- Interact With Customers And Fellow Employees Professionally And Courteously.
- Perform All Required Tasks Efficiently While Maintaining Quality And A Safe Working Environment.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

Education:

Red Seal In Automotive Service Technician Is Preferred – 2nd,3rd And 4th Year Apprentices Will Be Considered.

Candidates Must Be Registered With The Alberta Apprenticeship And Industry Training Program.

Have Or Be Able To Obtain A Valid CVIP Ticket.

Experience

3-5 Years Relevant Experience Of Diagnostics And Repairs On Automotive Vehicles Up To And Including 3-5 Ton Trucks

Compensation

Compensation Rate Is Based On Level Of Experience.
