Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our agile restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food service, hospitality, and customer engagement within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Address guest inquiries professionally, providing excellent guest services and support

Skills




Solid customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask effectively in a quick-paced restaurant workplace
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is advantageous
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience
Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is a plus but not required

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00 per hour
