ReviewingandprocessingCAOandCAOPreportstobesubmittedtotheCAO for approval.
Maintaining contact with other municipalities and public/private sectors for information gathering and sharing of data asappropriate.
Receives, logs, and tracks confidential grievancesubmissionsand distributes toappropriate parties,
and coordinates the scheduling of grievancehearings.
Ensuring efficient dissemination and systematic follow-up of information; processingtravelandbusinessexpensevouchers;maintainingdesignatedfiles with a thorough follow-up system.
Inputting budget andmonitoringvariances with the Executive Director, Transit Windsor.
Coordinatingfacilityworkorders;maintainslogsofalldepartmentalequipment; Conductingresearchandpreparingreportsonbehalfofthe
Executive
Director, Transit
Windsorand ensures all relevantbackupmaterial is available in an orderly fashion.
Supportingcommunicationactivitiessuchasscheduling,organizing,andensuring that project target dates and/or deadlines are met.
Maintainingappropriatefollowup,logandupdatesondepartmentalcontracts andrequiredtime sensitive memos/reports/information.
Screeningincomingcallsandredirectingtoothermanagementstaffwhenappropriate toenhance departmental efficiency.
Taking and distributing minutes at various meetings called by the Executive
Director,Transit Windsor as well asmaintaininga thorough follow-up system.
Receives,logsand distributeshealth & safety complaint forms, prepares and circulates meeting packages, including agendas and supportingmaterials, and acts as recording secretary for the committee.
Willbe the administrativebackup in theabsence of the
Senior Manager, Administration & Customer Experience.

Willperformotherrelateddutiesasrequired.
Qualifications: Musthave a post-secondary community College diploma in Office/Business, Human Resources, Public Administration or related field or Ontario Ministry of Education equivalencies and a minimum of two (2)
years of senior administration experience in a computerized office environment with operating knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products including Word, Excel, Share
Point, and Outlook; Musthavetheabilitytotraveltooffsitelocationsinatimelyandexpedientmannerasrequired.
If method of travel is by vehicle, a current,validand lawful
Drivers License isrequiredin accordance withthe Highway Traffic Act and must provide a drivers abstract as a condition of employment; Musthaveexperiencewith
