We're a family-run takeout spot serving authentic Syrian-style shawarma and Middle Eastern food since 2019. We're looking for a skilled, hands-on chef who knows their way around a shawarma spit and takes real pride in the food they put out.

What you'll do:

- Prep, build, and carve shawarma (chicken and beef) to our standard
- Cook our full Middle Eastern menu — wraps, bowls, kebabs, falafel, saj wraps, grilled items, and sides
- Make and maintain our housemade sauces (garlic sauce, spicy garlic) and key components
- Manage prep lists, portioning, and consistency across every order
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to health-inspection standards
- Work efficiently during rushes while keeping quality high

What we're looking for:

- Hands-on experience with shawarma and Middle Eastern cuisine (Syrian/Levantine a strong plus)
- Speed and consistency in a fast-paced takeout kitchen
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Reliable, punctual,



and a team player who fits a family-run environment
- Must live close to the restaurant (South Etobicoke / nearby) — short commute is essential for reliability
- Arabic-speaking preferred
- Food Handler Certification an asset (or willingness to obtain)

- Pay based on experience
