Reporting to the Site Leader, this role is essential for managing maintenance tasks across the facility. The Maintenance Manager implements a preventative maintenance program, handles work orders, and oversees all mechanical systems and grounds management. You’ll work closely with trades and contractors, ensuring safety standards and quality assurance measures are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and enhance the preventative maintenance program • Maintain all mechanical and electrical systems safely • Oversee building grounds and waste management • Manage work orders using Maintenance Care software • Ensure sidewalks and emergency exits are protected during winter
Requirements: • Journeyman-level certification in a relevant trade • 5+ years of management experience • Ability to read building drawings and codes • Proficient in MS Office and management software • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
