Records Analyst needed in downtown Calgary! 6-month contract, start ASAP!
Agilus is recruiting for a Records Technician Analyst in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta.
We're actively hiring for our client who are looking to add a Records Technician Analyst to their team for 6-months. Perfect person for this role has previous records experience in the oil and gas space and familiarity with ERM systems. This is a great prospect for someone looking to gain some more experience, and work with a major name in the oil and gas sector.
Responsibilities:
Assigning proper classification to records (electronic and physical)
Applying correct naming conventions and metadata
Dealing with large amounts of electronic data and transferring based on content analysis
Organizing, filing, and moving documents like drawings and specifications
Packing up physical files, moving to recent locations
Updating and using Excel, Documentum, Gimmal, Adobe, and TreeSize
Transporting files to different offices and receiving records/drawings/files on request

Successful candidates will have:
5+ years of experience in records administration, records analysis, or similar job title
Intermediate user of Excel and working experience with ERM systems
Comfortable lifting up to 35lbs (boxes of records)




Any experience with Documentum is an asset
Experience with records related to wells, safety, environment, and oil and gas
Oil and gas industry experience preferred

$23.00 - $25.00 hourly
Contract duration: now until Dec 2026 (chance of extension)
Location: downtown Calgary
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Full time in-office
