Train employees on protected equipment operation and maintenance
Conduct follow-up sessions with recent hires to ensure proper training
Attend job sites across various shifts to provide in-person support
Plan and facilitate group and individual training sessions
Review current training efforts and recommend enhancements Requirements:
Experience training others on heavy equipment use
Solid technical comprehension and ability to follow manuals
