TCS is seeking Community Support Workers who want to make a difference!
Duties include:
· Providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, and assisting in their developmental growth and success;
· Assisting with personal care, including personal hygiene and self-care;
· Developing and participating in community activities and opportunities to enhance inclusion and acceptance;
· Ensuring a safe setting for everyone;
· Participating and contributing in the planning process related to the individual’s Personal Life Plan; and
· Assisting with maintaining and building effective relationships.
Experience in providing care and support to individuals in community is preferred, however all applicants are welcome.
Possessing a valid Driver’s license and a personal vehicle is required.
