Join Acclaim Health as a Part Time Service Coordination Specialist working in the Speers Road office. This role focuses on resolving service issues and communication while ensuring client scheduling needs are met on weekends and holidays. This position requires a commitment to work every other weekend with two shifts weekly.

Key skills include effective communication, strong customer service, and knowledge of AlayaCare. You'll tackle a variety of responsibilities including handling calls, updating client notes, and supporting staff replacements as needed. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to all incoming telephone calls and inquiries
- Resolve service issues and clarify client complaints
- Update client information in AlayaCare promptly
- Process scheduling and appointment changes as required
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years in office and customer service roles
- One year in Community College or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AlayaCare
- Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills
