Position Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Field Operator to join our oil and gas operations in the Weyburn area. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of field equipment and production facilities. The successful candidate must reside in Weyburn, Saskatchewan or the immediate surrounding vicinity and be comfortable working independently in field conditions.

Key Responsibilities
Operate, inspect, and maintain oil and gas production facilities and wellsites
Monitor production equipment and optimize performance
Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting
Conduct daily site checks and record production data accurately
Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or operational abnormalities
Follow company safety policies and regulatory requirements at all times
Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and team members as required
Participate in on-call rotations, as needed





Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience as a Field Operator or similar role in oil & gas is an asset, but not required
Understanding of production equipment and field operations
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong safety orientation and attention to detail
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
Experience working in Saskatchewan oilfields is an asset

Requirements
Must live in Weyburn or the immediate surrounding area
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to meet company and site safety requirements
H2S Alive, First Aid, and other oilfield safety tickets are an asset (or willingness to obtain)
