Reporting to the Manager, Cowichan Lake Recreation and receiving direction from the Recreation Programmer II or Program Assistant III the Bowling Alley Relief is responsible for the effective operation of the bowling alley in the absence of the Program Assistant III.

Qualifications Secondary school graduation or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Experience with all aspects of bowling is preferred Experience with customer service Experience with processing cash transactions, reconciliations,



and operating interac and cash machines First Aid Level 1 with CPR Food Secure Level I certificate Serving It Right certificate Hours of Work This casual opportunity had no guaranteed hours of work.

Hours of work include a flexible variety of shifts including days and evenings on weekdays and weekends, based on operational need.

Salary Wage rate in 3 steps, $23.94 - $25.18 - $26.29 (2024 rates) plus an additional 6% pay in lieu of benefits, 6% pay in lieu of vacation and 5.2% pay in lieu of statutory holidays), as per the CVRD non-union wage scale.
