The Polly Fox Bakery & Café, a locally loved gluten-free bakery, is looking for a Sandwich Artist to join our team! If you’re passionate about great food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating delicious, high-quality sandwiches, we’d love to hear from you.

Position: Sandwich Artist
Location: The Polly Fox Bakery & Café
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to The Polly Fox standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Assist with daily prep work, including slicing, portioning, and organizing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich prep area, following food safety and hygiene practices.
- Carry out some light baking tasks on the side, supporting the kitchen team where needed.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
- Follow all company recipes, standards, and procedures for consistency.

Qualifications:





- Previous food service or kitchen experience preferred; experience working in a fast-paced environment or in sandwich/fast food chains is a solid asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- FoodSafe certification is an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
