We are looking for a professional, driven Service Advisor who can manage customer relationships, sell needed service with integrity, and help drive a high-performing Service Department in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The Opportunity
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and our service team. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality customer experience while driving service sales, retention, and profitability.
This position is ideal for an organized, customer-focused automotive professional who thrives in a busy, results-driven dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and act as their main point of contact throughout the service process
- Write clear, accurate repair orders and recommend maintenance and repair services
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Build trust with customers through transparency and professionalism
- Maximize service sales while maintaining high CSI standards
- Follow up with customers regarding recommended work and completed services
- Maintain strong organization and attention to detail in a high-volume environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to sell maintenance and repairs ethically and confidently
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple customers at once
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven dealership
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation: $75,000–$90,000+, based on experience and performance
