We are seeking a high-performing Service Manager with a proven ability to lead teams, drive shop productivity, and uphold the highest standards of process, profitability, and accountability in a agile dealership environment.

The Opportunity

As Service Manager, you will oversee all service operations, lead a talented team of technicians and advisors, and ensure the department delivers efficiency, quality, and profitability every day.
This role is ideal for a disciplined fixed‑ops leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and motivate Service Advisors, Technicians, and Support Staff to achieve and exceed department goals
- Drive daily shop productivity, efficiency, and CSI performance
- Maintain and enforce structured service processes, checklists, and accountability standards
- Optimize technician dispatch, workflow management, and shop capacity utilization
- Manage warranty administration, repair order accuracy, and compliance
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing service personnel
- Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvements




- Ensure an exceptional customer service experience aligned with GM and Yellowknife Motors standards

The Ideal Candidate

- Proven success as a Service Manager or high-performing Assistant Service Manager
- Strong knowledge of GM service operations, warranty, diagnostics, and shop workflow
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding service department KPIs
- Natural leader with the ability to drive accountability and maintain team alignment
- Highly organized, process-driven, and detail‑oriented
- Professional communication skills and strong customer service presence
- High sense of urgency with a competitive mindset

- Total compensation: $125,000–$155,000+, based on experience and performance
