At Jodi Leigh Designs, we don’t just design events—we create experiences people remember for a lifetime. We’re looking for reliable, positive, and hardworking individuals to join our Special Event Teardown Team, helping us wrap up stunning weddings and events with the same care and attention we put into designing them.

This is a casual, event-based role, perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, late-night energy, and being part of a creative, fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

- Thursday through Sunday availability required (based on event schedule)
- Typical shift: 11:30 PM – 3:30 AM

What You’ll Do

- Carefully dismantle event setups, including florals, décor, and large-scale installations
- Restore venues to pristine condition with efficient, detailed cleanup
- Load, unload, and organize event materials and rentals
- Clean and reset transport vehicles and our design studio after each event
- Work alongside our setup team to ensure a seamless transition from event to teardown
- Represent our brand professionally when interacting with venue staff or guests

What We’re Looking For





- A valid driver’s license and confidence driving a vehicle with a hitched trailer (required)
- Dependable team players with a robust work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused and energized during late-night shifts
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Basic comfort using tools like Google Drive

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience in events, hospitality, or customer service (helpful, but not required—we’ll train the right person)
