As a Caregiver/Home Support Worker/Personal Support Worker, you play a vital role in someone’s daily life. You help clients feel safe, respected, and supported while maintaining their independence and quality of life. Your presence, reliability, and care truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do

You’ll provide person-centered care based on individual care plans, including:

- Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility support)
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Companionship and emotional support
- Medication reminders
- Overnight or respite care for families
- Patient attendant services in hospitals or facilities
- Accurate documentation using digital care systems
- Reporting changes in client condition or safety concerns

What You Bring

- Previous caregiving or personal care experience
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire)




- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfort using basic digital tools for scheduling and care notes
- A respectful, ethical, and dependable approach to care
