Role Overview

As our Revenue Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maximizing our hotel’s revenue and ensuring smooth daily operations. This agile position combines strategic planning, guest services, and staff management to uphold our high standards and drive our success.

Key Responsibilities

- Staff Management: Develop policies, train staff, and address day-to-day queries and complaints.
- Online Guest Review Management: Monitor and respond to reviews, using feedback for service improvements.
- Revenue Management Systems: Utilize advanced tools like Ideas Revenue Management software and Opera for data analysis and reporting.
- Forecasting and Analysis: Create accurate revenue forecasts, compare against budgets, and make necessary adjustments.
- Budget Preparation: Prepare annual budgets,



analyze market reports, and develop strategic decisions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management and hotel operations.
