As a Performance Analyst, you will collect and evaluate data to identify process gaps and opportunities at Crosslinx Transit Solutions. Engage with both internal teams and clients, while ensuring the integrity of the MMIS system and supporting end users effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze performance data for internal reports
- Identify root causes of underperforming KPIs
- Act as Key User between Alstom and customers
- Manage MMIS master data integrity

- Minimum five years of experience with MMIS applications
