Job Title: Property Maintenance Worker

Job Type: Seasonal (May 2026 – November 2026)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, average 8-12-hour days

Location: Minesing, ON (daily meet-up location)

Pay: $20 per hour

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Property Maintenance Worker to join our team for the 2026 season. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining residential and commercial properties in Barrie/Innisfil and surrounding areas using a weed whacker (trimmer) and a self-propelled push mower. You will also assist with spring and fall cleanups as needed.

This is a physically demanding, outdoor job that requires stamina and attention to detail. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping properties looking their best, this could be the perfect role for you.

Requirements:





- Must have your own transportation to and from Minesing daily (work truck is parked there)
- You will not be required to drive the work truck but will ride as a passenger to job sites
- Must have prior property maintenance experience and skilled trimming experience
- Ability to handle outdoor physical labor in various weather conditions
- References are beneficial and may be requested

Safety Requirements:

- Workers must provide their own safety glasses and ear protection for job site use
- Proper work attire, including long pants and CSA-approved steel-toed boots, is required

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 7 months

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
