RN/RNA required for busy family doctor's office. You would work in partnership with the family physicians and other members of the healthcare team to provide care to the entire patient population. The RN/RNA focuses on providing assessment, screening, healthy lifestyle support, education and chronic disease management with a goal of improving health outcomes and facilitating address to services.
