Role: Solutions Architect

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $130,000 – $210,000 (USD equivalent), plus perks.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Solutions Architect to partner with sales on technical wins. The role combines deep product knowledge with consultative selling — translating customer requirements into architectures that close deals and set up successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery and qualification
Design solution architectures tailored to customer environments and use cases
Lead technical demos, proof-of-concepts, and customer workshops
Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture reviews
Partner with Customer Success on smooth handoff to deployment
Provide product feedback to product and engineering teams

Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, integration patterns, and APIs
Experience leading technical conversations with engineering and IT buyers




Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Comfort owning RFPs, security reviews, and architecture diagrams
