Candidates should have a deep understanding of the LSCFN Final & Self Government Agreement, Human Resource policies, and federally regulated labour standards. Commitment to attending meetings and maintaining confidentiality is a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate actively in committee meetings
• Understand LSCFN Human Resource policies
• Evaluate candidates for various positions
• Ensure compliance with the hiring process standards
• Maintain confidentiality in all discussions
Requirements:
• Knowledge of LSCFN Final & Self Government Agreement
• Experience in human resources or similar roles
• Understanding of labour standards regulations
• Commitment to confidentiality and attendance
• Solid communication and organizational skills
