The Opportunity

We are seeking a Contract Coordinator who will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of service operations, including contract input and execution, work order control, technician support, and customer communication.

Dispatching is a secondary function - a tool used to support operational efficiency, not the core mandate.

The position owns the flow of work from intake → execution → billing readiness, ensuring that service delivery is structured, efficient, and aligned with revenue and contract obligations.

- Work Order Billing Readiness (cycle time)
- Contract Compliance Rate (%)
- Technician Utilization Support (%)
- Schedule Efficiency (travel “windshield time” vs. productive/billable time)
- Work Order Accuracy (callbacks tied to coordination errors)
- Backlog Management & PM Completion Rate

What You’ll Need to Succeed

You are a support-driven coordinator who thrives in a technical,



relationship-driven environment, with a focus on service and data-accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

· Preferred Background: 2–5+ years in HVAC/R, Plumbing, or Mechanical Service Coordination/Dispatch

- Strong understanding of:
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Service contracts and SLAs
- Field technician workflows
- Proven success meeting
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, FRS, and CRM systems
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Commercial appliance service
- Industrial service/maintenance environments

Required: Must involve multi-tech dispatching + contract-based service delivery,
