Cerberus Auto Styling is Calgary's only true one-stop custom shop. From paint and wraps to lifts, wheels, and accessories — trucks to exotics — we do it all. We're hiring a Red Seal Journeyman Auto Body Technician to anchor the body shop as a senior member of the team.
Key Duties
Complex auto body repairs on both collision/insurance jobs and custom builds
Welding and metal fabrication — patch panels, panel replacement, cutting and structural repairs
Filler work and finish prep to a high standard
R&I; and disassembly where the job calls for it
Quality control on work moving through the shop
Mentor junior techs and set the bar for shop quality
What We're Looking For
Red Seal certification (Auto Body and Collision Technician)
5+ years hands-on body shop experience
Comfort with both insurance work and custom builds
Strong welding and metal fab skills (MIG, plug welds, patch panels)
Proven filler and finish work — straight panels, no waves
Own toolkit
Takes pride in workmanship and stands behind their work
Works independently and runs point on complex jobs
Reliable, punctual, and ready to lead by example
Compensation & Advantages
$35–$45 per hour base depending on experience, plus efficiency bonus
Modified flat-rate model — built for a shop that runs both insurance and custom work
Overtime available
Full perks package after 3 months (dental, extended health)
Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
