Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, bar, and event services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a robust background in both restaurant service and banquet/event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily front-of-house food and beverage operations, ensuring a high standard of service
- Support and lead service teams during restaurant service, banquets, and events
- Coordinate and execute large group setups, including banquets, conferences, and special events
- Assist with scheduling, staff supervision, and shift management
- Train, mentor, and support team members to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
- Work closely with kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service execution
- Assist with menu updates, drafting, and implementation
- Ensure proper use of POS systems and payment terminals; support staff with troubleshooting as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and cost control
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards

Qualifications:





- Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in restaurant service and banquet/event operations
- Experience with large group service and event setups
- Familiarity with POS systems and payment processing
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
