Job Summary

Moose Jaw Honda is seeking a motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing Honda team in Moose Jaw, SK. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales success in a fast-paced dealership environment.

As a Sales Representative, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions while representing the Honda brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate new and pre-owned Honda vehicles as well as non-Honda branded used vehicles
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Honda products, features, and financing options
- Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, test drives, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with management, finance, and marketing teams to achieve dealership goals
- Stay informed on automotive industry trends, Honda updates,



and competitive offerings

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
