We are seeking qualified forward-thinking individuals who want to grow with our company.

Work 4 days per week (40-45 hours).

Responsibilities:

- Perform tree climbing and pruning activities using appropriate equipment and techniques

- Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment such as chainsaws, ropes, harnesses, and climbing gear

- Assess tree health and identify potential hazards or risks

- Provide recommendations for tree care and maintenance

- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a 3+ years leading a tree removal and pruning crew

- 5-8+ years tree removal and pruning experience

- Ability to train and uphold safety standards

- Proficient in arboricultural techniques

- Chipper operation experience

- Strong tree and shrub identification skills

- Valid G or DZ drivers license or equivalent with clean drivers abstract

- Familiarity with operating a bucket truck for elevated work

- Knowledge of bucket operation and safety procedures

- Ability to rig trees for removal

Working Conditions:

- Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

- Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding work on an ongoing basis including walking and standing on hard and soft surfaces, bending, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting up to 50 lbs for short periods of time.

- Squatting and kneeling

- Walking on various types of terrain

- Forward and lateral trunk extension
