Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Equipment Operator is to run farm equipment for pen bedding, pen cleaning, manure loading, and snow removal during respective seasons.

Position Responsibilities:

- Run farm equipment including payloader, tractor, dozer, hoe, grader
- Maintaining and cleaning farm equipment.

Qualifications:

- Experience running farm or heavy-duty equipment.
- Mechanically inclined.

Work Environment and Schedule:

The schedule for will be;

8 days on, 4 days off

7 days on, 2 days off

Schedule may change depending on the season and demands of the feedlot.

Terms of Employment and Compensation:

- Permanent, Full Time
- After successfully completing the 3 month probation period, will qualify for benefit package.
- Competitive hourly wage.
- Housing available
- Average 50+ hours per week, 200+ hours per month.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
